I have the same issue. epel is installed. /scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix I ran yesterday and still have the same issue today (update generated same warning)

Makes sense, seems to be taking quite some time for the fixes just to get to Fedora repos, nevermind Centos. Looks like it will be at least a day yet before anything is available.

Out of the blue working now, no idea why now it works nothing changed. Will have to see if it persists after the next reboot. Thanks for the help.
