    It appears that ASSP ( third party software ) was messing this up. Stopped assp, ran reset of Exim configurations and looks to be working fine. Next stop, making sure that ASSP is not badly need...

    I don't have CSF installed, all the solutions I find are around it... But thanks. Any other idea?
