I am having the same issue. I updated /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini but after cpanel update it was changed.

Actually that is the code for the php version that website will use. You can swich between versions and select the appropriate version for your website.

Maybe client downloaded them using any mail client configured with POP3.... Have you asked him?

It is just updating apache to 2.4.39

Just to have it handy here, if you are using CL you can update using yum update -y ea-apache24* --enablerepo=cl-ea4-testing --exclude=ea-apache24-mod_lsapi
