Hi Dean, As with most software versions, the number between the dots are actual integers. Meaning 13 would be higher than 3, and not to be confused with 3x vs 13 :)

Which IMAP settings do you use? We have seen some mobile operators blocking ports like 25, 143, etc. In any case, I'd always recommend using SSL/TLS ;)

Agree - alternatively, you can do a dig domain.tld mx and type in the MX ip addresses in the "Whitelist: IP addresses that should not be checked against RBLs" field. One IP per line.
