Looks like this occurs with all parked domains added manually and added to system user via WHM using Add dns zone.

Just as some feedback - Went with tweaking Spamassassin a bit and server is lightning fast and blocking spam very well. With ASSP deluxe which I had installed that perl rebuilddb bayes file causes...

resolved. Rebooted host and then also ran /upcp --force Seems to have fixed it :) Load is constantly whole morning at 0.75 or so. :)
