SysSachin is correct. Such scripts are available in the WHMxtra set of addons/plugins. And they save the results of the 777 and noid scans with those exact same filenames... SO, in the end, nothing...

You may have more luck asking in a WP forum, as it appears that the server load is caused by WP and not cpanel/whm.
