Is there an update available for this? This is still a big problem. To try and work around it I made one of our servers authoritative for its own hostname, that didn't resolve it though.

The only solution we found was reverting a site's PHP version back to 5.6. cURL does not work for both PHP 7.0 and 7.1. A "yum clean" and "yum update" did not resolve this.
