i put SELECT @@GLOBAL.sql_mode; SET @@global.sql_mode= 'NO_AUTO_CREATE_USER,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION'; what do i do to fix this? i dont have privileges tab to fix it You are setting the global sql...

Wow that is not usual. Try to clear the cache after that do an upcp. Check the theme name under /var/cpanel/users/USER file PS: Is it a customized x3 with same name ?

It is supposed to work fast. Do you have any specify mysql configuration. Also check your server resolver configurations too.
