As WHM/cPanel is going to be supported on Ubuntu, which is a Debian derivative, can we have Debian support? Minimal effort for a big return and happy users... Also solves much of the Centos retire...

I'll reword it. Raise the minimum version supported by cPanel. cPanel can't have the latest versions of phpMyAdmin while old versions of MySQL exist
