need help my vps server load high with apache

my server run on 4cores CPU / 10G RAM but it's load very high when start apache top - 13:32:13 up 54 min, 3 users, load average: 100.28, 110.31, 100.70 Tasks: 339 total, 64 running, 262 sleep...

He was replied the ticket my fault it's symlinks of /usr/bin I can fix this problem Thank you all

backup failed can't zip file

I got this error "Creating Archive ....open3: exec of /usr/bin/gzip -6 failed at /usr/local/cpanel /Cpanel/IO/Tarball.pm line 85" How to fix it? Thank you
