I found this article and changed the timeout setting from 30 to 300, hopefully that helps: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360052317434-Backup-Destination-is-Showing-a-Timeout-Error

Thanks for your reply. I set up all the Outlooks manually. Another user tried to email that particular person and it failed with the same message - that was from different PC and Windows Live Mail...
