I am experiencing the same issue. When the .tar.gz is opened using 7zip, there are missing files in the home directory. However if I use the tar -xvzf command the files are accessible.

That was indeed my problem, thank you for pointing me in that direction. For anyone else that finds this, a restart of CSF is required.

It worked for me. Make sure the IP you're using has a valid reverse DNS lookup and don't forget to restart Exim.

look at /etc/mailhelo and /etc/mailips. Adding my dedicated IP address and domain to /etc/mailips helped solve my problem with my rDNS and sending to hotmail/Outlook/AOL email addresses.

Open up a command prompt with administrator privileges, run the command "sfc /scannow" and let it complete. Than restart the computer and try again. That solved my Outlook issues.

Just an update, I was able to solve this by lowering my MTU. I'm not sure exactly what the problem was in the first place, but after changing it, email came flooding into my server.
