How to disable Imunify360's PHP Immunity

Introduction

Websites on a cPanel server with Imunify360 may incur errors like the following.

503 Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

The error may get resolved by disabling PHP Immunity.

Procedure

How to disable PHP Immunity in WHM.

1. Log into WHM as root and navigate to "Home / Plugins / imunify360".
2. Click the gear icon to enter Settings.
3. Select the Malware tab.
4. Uncheck the "PHP Immunity" checkbox.
5. Click the "Save Changes" button.
