Available Partner Packages in Manage2

Partners can view their current product packages via the Manage2 interface. To locate the packages included with your Partner account, follow these steps:

Log in to your Manage2 account.
Click on the Packages icon and select List Packages.

Autoscale Licenses

Autoscale licenses dynamically adjust based on the number of accounts in use on a server—except when scaling to a cPanel Solo license, which must be manually managed. These licenses are ideal for servers with fluctuating usage month-to-month.

If a cPanel Pro Cloud (Autoscale) license (6–30 accounts) has 7 active accounts, you'll only pay the Pro Cloud fee.
If usage increases to 31 accounts, the license automatically scales up to cPanel Plus Cloud (Autoscale).
If usage drops back to 7 accounts the following month, the license scales back down to cPanel Pro Cloud (Autoscale).

For licensing questions related to the Solo tier, consult your Partner Bundling Agreement or contact the Partner Success team.

Fixed Licenses

Fixed licenses are best when your server consistently uses the same number of accounts each month. These licenses do not automatically scale—you must manually upgrade or downgrade as needed.

If a cPanel Pro Cloud (Fixed) license is using 7 accounts, you pay the Pro Cloud fee.
If usage increases to 31 accounts, you must manually upgrade to cPanel Plus Cloud (Fixed).
Even if usage drops again, the license remains at the Plus Cloud level until manually downgraded.

Partner NOC Premier Fixed Packages (Cloud & Metal)

These licenses are available as both Cloud and Metal versions. Partners receive both Cloud and Metal Premier Fixed packages with account limits ranging up to 1000 accounts.

Partners can access additional add-on packages through Manage2 by navigating to Packages → List Packages. These include options like Imunify360, JetBackup, LiteSpeed, and more. Package IDs for these products are specific to your Partner account.

Log in to your Manage2 account.
Select the Packages icon, then click List Packages.
