Available Partner packages in Manage2

In order to locate the packages that are included with your Partner account, you would:

1. Log into your Manage2 account.
2. Click on the Packages icon and select List Packages

Autoscale licenses listed above will automatically upscale/downscale based on the number of accounts that each license is using, with the exception of autoscaling to a cPanel Solo license. These licenses are recommended when there is an inconsistent number of accounts from month to month on a server. For example: 

• If a cPanel Pro Cloud (Autoscale) license (6-30 accounts) has 7 accounts that are being used, you would only pay the cPanel  Pro Cloud license fee.
• In the following month if the same license is using 31 accounts the license will autoscale to a cPanel Plus Cloud (Autoscale) license.
• If the license is again using 7 accounts the next month, the license will again autoscale to the cPanel Pro Cloud (Autoscale) license

Fixed licenses are recommended when you have a stable or consistent number of accounts that are being used on a license from month to month. For example:

• If a cPanel Pro Cloud has 7 accounts that are being used, you would only pay the cPanel  Pro Cloud license fee.
• In the following month, if the same license is using 31 accounts, the Partner would need to upgrade the license to a cPanel Plus Cloud license.
• If the license is again using only 7 accounts the next month, the license will remain "Fixed" as the cPanel Plus Cloud license and will continue to renew as a cPanel Plus Cloud until it is manually downgraded.  

Partner NOC Premier Fixed Packages- Available in Cloud and Metal licenses

Note: Partners receive both the Premier Cloud Fixed and Premier Metal Fixed packages up to 1000 fixed.

Partner addon Package Id's for Imunify360, ImunifyAV+, and JetBackup are specific to each Partner account and can be located in Manage2 under List Packages.
