JetBackup: Where are my backups for accounts that were removed from cPanel?

I'm using Jetbackup, and I'd like to know where the backups for accounts that I previously removed from cPanel are.

Answer

Once an account is removed from cPanel & WHM, it becomes an "Orphan" account in JetBackup. The default configuration is to retain orphaned backups for 14 days. You can change this in the JetBackup Settings menu from 14 days to your preferred time allotment. JetBackup has more information available on this in their documentation. Before their removal, the account backups will still be visible in the normal list within the interface.
