WP Toolkit "Initial data load error" error due to sqlite corruption

Symptoms

After upgrading the wp-toolkit-cpanel package to 6.3, you receive the following error when accessing WP Toolkit.

Error: Initial data load error: some required fields are not provided

Description

A case, EXTWPTOOLK-11652, was opened with the WP Toolkit developers to review this issue. They found that the issue was caused by corrupt data in the LongTaskParams table of the wp-toolkit.sqlite3 database. A fix for this issue was published in WP Toolkit version 6.4.0.

Workaround

Upgrade the wp-toolkit-cpanel package to version 6.4.0 or higher.
