Transfer account fail with MySQL error "ANY command denied to user"

Symptoms

The user transfer fails restoring some databases when the users have views that access another database that has not yet been transferred.

Description

When the transferred user has multiple databases and some of them have VIEWS to access data from other databases, the databases for those with VIEWS may fail to transfer due to the other databases have not yet been transferred.

We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-48202. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product. 

Workaround

Note the path where the .sql file is saved on the destination machine (selected in blue in the above log) and import the database manually.
