WP Squared: Long DNS records cause the edit/delete buttons to scale out of the DNS Zone Editor UI

Symptoms

Long DNS records cause the Edit and Delete buttons to be pushed out of the DNS Zone Editor UI and become unclickable.

Cause

This is due to a UI scaling issue in the DNS Zone Editor interface.
