What is the Minimum Adjustment shown on my invoice?
If a Partner invoice shows a "Minimum Adjustment" it means that the invoice has been adjusted to meet the agreed upon Minimum Monthly Commitment. The agreed Minimum Monthly Commitment is included in the Partner Agreement which is uploaded to the account upon set up. It is based on the total amount of purchased licenses.
The following is an example and may not be the same monthly commitment that you have.
EXAMPLE:
Partner Monthly Commitment: $500
Total amount of purchased licenses: $450
Invoice adjustment: $50
This will bring the total amount of the invoice to $500
Note! ELS fees are not included in the Minimum Monthly Commitment.
