How cPanel Billing Works
When you sign up for a cPanel license, we charge the price for a month of service for the license. Your account will be billed the full regular price monthly on the anniversary date of signup.
Monthly Billing Cycle
Starting May 4th, 2026, cPanel’s billing system processes payments on the anniversary date of the license. Orders placed before this date will have an anniversary date of the 1st of each month.
If a payment attempt is unsuccessful, the system will retry once per day for 4 days. If payment still fails after the fourth attempt, the licenses included in the renewal invoice will expire.
Receipts and Invoices
After a successful payment, the system will generate a receipt for your records.
You can view your invoice(s) by logging in to your cPanel Store account and navigating to Billing > My Invoices.
