Question: Who can use WebPros account login?
Answer: Currently, only cPanel partners are using WebPros account. cPanel Store users will begin to use WebPros account logins from the 14th of July 2026.
Question: If I’m a store user, is anything changing?
Answer: Yes. On the 14th of July, cPanel Store users will begin to use WebPros account logins. The existing cPanel Store login and passwords will work with WebPros account, nothing is required from Store users
Question: I’m a store user, how do I log in now?
Answer: There is no change to the store login yet. Continue to log into the store as you always have: here.
Question: I got a trial license, and now I want to buy a full license. Do I need to create a WebPros account login?
Answer:At this time, a WebPros Account login is not required for purchases. Once WebPros Account is available to the cPanel Store, linking your store account with a WebPros Account will be required.

Question: I want to make a purchase through the WHM or cPanel product. How do I do that?
Answer: There are no changes to the WHM and cPanel product purchase processes at this time. Just log into your server, click the link for the product you want to buy, and follow the prompts.
Question: If I’m a partner, is there anything I need to do differently to log in?
Answer: Yes. Do not enter your email and password into the cPanel ID form. Instead, click the “Partner Login” button. This button will take you to the WebPros Account Login screen, and you can enter your email and password there.
Question: I’m a partner, and I already have a WebPros account login with the same email address as my Manage2 login. Which password do I use?
Answer: The existing WebPros account password.
Question: I'm a Partner who uses Plesk KAPC as well as Manage2. What do I need to do?
Answer: If you’re an existing partner who has to log in to both Plesk KAPC and cPanel Manage2 and you want to use the same WebPros credentials, you can go to WebPros and change your email address there to the one matching the Manage2 user email.
Question: I’m a partner, but I do not yet have a WebPros account login. What do I do?
Answer: You will need to create an WebPros account login so that it can be linked to your Manage2 account. To create a WebPros account login, click here and select “Create WebPros Account” in the top right corner. You will want to make sure that you are using the same email address as your Manage2 account.
Question: I'm a Partner, and I am receiving the error "No Matching User" when I use the Partner login button. What do I do?
Answer: Your Admin for your Partner account will need to create a Manage2 account for you under your company. The Manage2 account and the WebPros account must use the same email address.
Question: I’m a partner, and I use the the Manage2 API. Is anything changing with it?
Answer: No, you will continue to use your existing Manage2 password to authenticate with the Manage2 API. However, going forward your WebPros account password will not be synchronized with your Manage2 API password. This means that when you change your password in WebPros account, the Manage2 API password will stay the same. To update the Manage2 API password, use the API Password field on the edit user page in Manage2.
