Question
Why are my AutoSSL certificates stuck in the pending queue?
Answer
If you're seeing that your AutoSSL requests are stuck in the pending queue for extended periods of time, it could be caused by the DCV checks from Sectigo failing.
One common reason for this to occur would be that Sectigo's IP addresses are blocked from reaching your server over port 80. It is recommended to whitelist Sectigo's IP addresses in your firewall on port 80 to ensure Sectigo can complete its DCV checks. Sectigo may attempt to connect from the following IP addresses:
178.255.81.12
178.255.81.13
91.199.212.132
199.66.201.132
After you've whitelisted Sectigo's IP addresses, try running AutoSSL for the affected user(s) once more.
