Please note that cPanel does not create WordPress, and cPanel support cannot provide support for using third-party software such as WordPress. A developer or systems administrator with the skills, training, and expertise best handles the investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of issues with WordPress.
Procedure
- Disable all of the plugins on the site.
- If the problem is gone, re-enable the plugins one by one until the problem returns. When the problem resumes, you can be fairly certain that the plugin that was just enabled is causing or related to it.
- Change to the default WordPress theme.
- If the problem recently occurred, you could attempt to restore a backup of the site from before the problem existed.
