These are some of the basic steps that you can take to troubleshoot general issues in WordPress.
Please keep in mind that the investigation, diagnoses, and resolution of issues with WordPress are best handled by a developer or systems administrator with the skills, training, and expertise required to do so for you.
cPanel does not create WordPress and cPanel support is not able to provide support for the use of third party software such as WordPress.
1. Disable All Plugins
A good first step is to disable all of the plugins on the site.
If the problem is gone, you may re-enable the plugins one by one until the problem is back. When the problem resumes, you can be fairly certain that the plugin that was just enabled is causing or is related to the problem.
2. Change to the default WordPress theme
Changing the theme of the site to one of the default WordPress themes is a great way to determine if your theme is the source of the problem
3. Restore a backup
If the problem just recently occurred you could attempt to restore a backup of the site from before the problem existed.
