How to check JetApps license status and how to refresh the license

Introduction

It may be necessary to update or refresh the license of your JetApps products, such as JetBackup.

Procedure

You can verify the status of your JetApps license depending on where you purchased your JetBackup license.

If you purchased your license with cPanel, you can verify it here:

To refresh the license from the server, run the following command:

jetcli backup --license

To register the license, please run the following command:

jetcli backup --register

For JetBackup 5, you can force a license refresh using the following command:

/usr/bin/jetbackup5 --license
