Symptom:
There are occasions where you might log into WHM > Plugins > JetBackup and only see a few tabs showing in that interface. The issue is that in order to get access to JetBackups full feature list, you need to have root access to the server, so if you are logged in as a reseller, you will not be able to see those options. In order to properly use JetBackup, you must have a licensed cPanel server with full root or SSH access.
Workaround:
Logged out of the server and log back into the server as root. You should be able to see all the options now. You can refer to this link for more information:
