Check Privileges in phpMyAdmin results in: Error: No Privileges

Symptoms

When clicking "Check Privileges" for a database in phpMyAdmin >> Databases the following is reported:

No Privileges

Description 

The "Check Privileges" option in phpMyAdmin >> Databases is specific to users that are created/managed in phpMyAdmin.

Workaround

User management was removed from cPanel >> phpMyAdmin. Database users and privileges can be managed in cPanel >> MySQL Databases.
