Why is cPhulkd disabled after reboot or updates?

On servers that utilize Imunify360, WHM cPhulkd will be disabled automatically to avoid conflicts as they provide similar protections.

Imunify360 3rdparty check will determine if any conflicts exist and attempt to resolve the conflict. For example, if Imunify360 Bruteforce is being used and WHM cPhulkd is enabled.
