Can I run docker on a cPanel server?

As a system administrator or end user, I'd like to run docker on my cPanel server to extend the services I offer. Is this possible?

Starting in version 138 of cPanel & WHM, Docker or K8s (Kubernetes) on cPanel servers will conflict with ea-podman.
