WP Toolkit fails to connect to remote databases with a custom port

Symptoms

When a site is using a remote database with a custom port, the WP Toolkit Interface returns the following errors:

WP Toolkit has found WordPress files at the following path:
Path
/home/$user/public_html

However, it does not seem that this WordPress website is working. Try restoring the website from a backup or cleaning up the redundant files.
Error details

   3. The Error details shows:

Error: Error creating the database connection.

Description 

The WP Toolkit returns errors within the User Interface, but the site is accessible. This occurs when initially installing the WP Toolkit on a CentOS server and then converting to CloudLinux.

Workaround

To fix this issue you'll need to update the server information within the WP Toolkit by running the following command:

wp-toolkit update-server-info
