Overview
A Partner does not have the ability to upgrade or downgrade a license directly in their Manage2 account. You will need to Expire the current license and then add the new license tier in Add License.
How to Expire Your License
- Log in to your Manage2 account.
- Click on Search for a license.

- Search for the license by IP address, and Click on Find
- Expire the license by clicking on Expire.
- On the next screen, you will need to confirm the license expiration.
Adding a License

Click Add License.
- Select the desired Group from the group option.

Select the needed Package (license type) from the package option.

Enter the IP Address that you would like to assign to the license. If there are multiple IPs, add them using a space, comma, or in list form (an instruction prompt will appear).
- Click Add Licenses
