JetBackup 5 is stuck loading in WHM and no errors are logged

Symptoms

JetBackup 5 will load in a loop in WHM, with no errors in the cPanel or JetBackup logs. 

Cause

This is due to an issue with the jetmongod service, utilized by JetBackup.

Procedure

1. Log in to ssh as root or utilize the WHM Terminal.

2. Run the following command:

   # service jetmongod restart
