JetBackup 5 is stuck on loading in WHM and no errors are logged.

Introduction

Some times, Jetbackup 5 will load forever in WHM without any errors in the cPanel or Jetbackup logs. 

Procedure

To resolve this, you will need to restart the Jetmongod service using this command: 

service jetmongod restart
