You can initiate a license transfer request by adding the appropriate license type and IP address in Manage2 using the Add License interface at: https://manage2.cpanel.net/addlisc
Please follow the steps below to submit a license transfer request:
1 Login to Manage2: https://manage2.cpanel.net
2 Under the Licenses section, click "Add License"
3 Select the Group
4 Select the Package
5 Enter the IP address you wish to assign the package to.
6 Click "Add License"
7 You will receive a warning message that a license is already active for the IP address. Check the box below the message "Ignore warnings and force the activations"
8 Click "Add License"
After you submit the request, both parties will receive an email notification. The transfer request will have a review period of 48 hours. After 48 hours, Customer Service will complete the request and an email notification will be sent to both parties confirming the license transfer.
