Is cPanel affected by OpenSSL Security Advisory CVE-2021-4044?

Please advise if the CVE for OpenSSL affects cPanel and or a patch is already released :

Answer

cPanel servers don't use OpenSSL version 3 which is the affected version according to OpenSSL documentation.

OpenSSL 3.0.0 SSL/TLS clients are affected by this issue. Users of this version
should upgrade to OpenSSL 3.0.1.

OpenSSL 1.1.1 and 1.0.2 are not affected by this issue.

Note: The operating systems supported by the cPanel software use OpenSSL version 1.1.1 or 1.0.2.
