How to whitelist an IP address in CSF from WHM

Introduction

IP addresses can be whitelisted in CSF through the WHM plugin or the command line. This article provides the procedure to whitelist an IP address from WHM.

Please note that CSF isn't provided or installed by cPanel. CSF is developed and supported by ConfigServer.

Procedure

1. Log into WHM as the 'root' user.
2. Navigate to "Home / Plugins / ConfigServer Security & Firewall / Firewall Configuration."
3. Click the "csf" tab.
4. In the text box following "Allow IP address," enter the IP address to be whitelisted.
5. Click the "Quick Allow" button.
