How to abort an account transfer

Introduction

Sometimes, it may be necessary to stop an account transfer. This article provides the procedure to stop the transfer from the "Review Transfers and Restores" interface in WHM.

Procedure

1. Log in to WHM as the ‘root’ user.
2. Navigate to "Home / Transfers / Review Transfers and Restores."
3. Click the "Abort" link in the transfer session's "Actions" column.
4. Click the "Proceed" button to confirm that the transfer should be aborted.
5. Click the "OK" button to close the "Abort Session Processing" window.
