Email Auto CC

Hello, I am running latest cpanel on CentOS 7. I have root access. How can I set auto CC for all emails that are being sent from one specific cPanel account? This is the scenario: domain.com is hosted on cPanel account [ domaincp ]. It has 100+ email accounts. I want all the emails sent from this cPanel account (via webmail or desktop/mobile/third party email client with automatically CC to admin@domain.com. There are a few more cPanel accounts on the server. Is this possible? How can I do this please?

  This has been asked before and i don't think it's possible. It was mentioned in the below thread to create an exim filter, but I've looked at this and it looks like it would only work on inbound mail.
