Able to receive emails/send emails within outlook but recipient doesn't receive.

So I recently setup my emails to finally work in outlook (thought I had passwords correct, turned out I didn't) but eventually I got them all setup within outlook 2013; However I noticed when I started to send tester emails to my personal account to see if everything was working the 1st few emails got through but then I started receiving emails in my personal account from Microsoft saying about emails blocked under spam etc. Now I've noticed that I can still receive emails in my inbox on the accounts but when I send them, using my personal account as tester will not receive them. My cpanel accounts will show nothing in the outbox and shows the email has sent but I'm still receiving no email; however if log into webmail and create up an email from there, I will receive the email in my personal account in outlook. Does any one know what could be preventing my emails from being received in outlook when I use all the accounts in outlook? Is it because I'm using outlook so microsoft is detecting the spam and outright blocking the email before it even reaches? Please note I'm also receiving no errors both for sent/received emails.

  Hey Marc! Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with email on the system. For these problems you would likely need to check the email log on the system to see if the message is properly leaving your server. The best way to do that is to run the following command on the system while you send the message: tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog
  You would need root SSH access and familiarity with the command line would help, but that will be the best way to get more information on what is happening when the email is sent. If you have root access to the machine you can also submit a ticket at

  MIcrosoft, Yahoo and the like have some really wierd filtering alogorythm. Maybe it's something simple like you just triggered something that makes MS now believe that youre spamming yourself. Can you receive from other addresses (not on your server), have you tried sending from Gmail etc Maybe it might just be a matter of whitelisting yourself within your MS accounrt.
