Email forwarding does not work - How to fix it?
Greetings,
We have a problem with our panel or Email Account Forwarders that don't work. Just don't forward the email to the "new destination".
If we select teste1@dominio.com to forward a copy of all emails to teste2@dominio.com, it just doesn't work. Could not find error logs (Find out how to check the logs for this function please inform me)
I tried to Forward E-mails to an e-mail account on the server itself and to external e-mails and no resources, with a function just not activated.
Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this?
Our port 25 is blocked and cannot send e-mails through another port, so it uses Postmak, but this does not seem to be an existing problem, Postmark delivers e-mails well and shows everything that happened. .
Thanks!

If you forward a message from email1@yourdomain.com to email2@yourdomain.com, then it should never leave the server and I'm guessing any port closures should not affect this. As a web site owner, you might have to take this up with your hosts to investigate. 0 -
Hello there! If you have root access to the machine the best thing to do would be to check the /var/log/exim_mainlog
file on the system to see exactly how the message is being handled. If not, the best thing you can do would be to speak with your as @keat63 mentioned as they would have the necessary access to check that area of the machine.0
