Hide feedback Prompt
Is it possible to hide the feedback smiley face prompt when I open WHM.
It's starting to annoy me.

Hi @keat63 Do you mean this? -46-08.png">64285 Or something else? 0 -
I'd like to say, yes... that little happy face icon that is persistent even after a user submits a survey. 0 -
Yes, that's the one. Its starting to get on my nerves, even after submitting a survey it persists. Yesterday, my survey score went down due to the annoying thing. 0 -
Yea, it doesn't go away and you can't make it go away except with an ad blocker I believe. The PO for the team is aware of the thread here and your guys' concerns. I'll update him again as well. If you took the survey and it disappeared would that be a better experience? 0 -
For me, having it dissapear once i'd left feedback would be preferable. I personally find it a little intrusive. If it were on the forum, then i'd probably say that i'd have to live with it. However, it's on my own server, and this I feel should be private and my own choice. Last week, I submitted the survey, leaving a top score. But a few days ago (i must have been having an off day), i left another survey giving only a 5 and a comment asking for the pop out to subside. 0 -
Thanks, @keat63 I appreciate your feedback. I'll make sure they're aware. 0 -
Hello @cPanelLauren , I agree with @keat63 this should go away and we should be able to turn it off in WHM settings. We should not have to pay 45.00 a month and be forced to deal with this on our own servers, very intrusive and Aggravating to see even after adding feedback. I dont want to be forced to give feedback if I'm paying for a service, If it were free service or the trial then I could understand. It should give you the option to remove this from our servers should not be stuck seeing this popup. I'm really aggravated... PLEASE TELL THEM TO STOP! thanks so much Spiro 0 -
Thanks for your feedback @Spirogg I've informed the team that created this feedback notice in the UI once more of the concerns you have. 0 -
yes, I'd also like to know how to hide it.. its been very annoying.. I thought it was there merged with the cPanel Analytics but after I disabled it that Feedback still shows over and over and I already took the 90 Seconds Survey, so its not necessary it to prompt over and over anymore !! 0 -
@jrxpress - since this thread is nearly a year old now, can you let me know exactly which interface you'd like to disable? Once I know that I can get you better information. 0 -
Hi, I'd also like to know how to turn this Feedback icon off, the one in the bottom right-hand corner - it's very annoying! 0 -
@kamm - there isn't an official way to disable that. If you have an adblocker in your browser, I would expect that to block it from showing up. 0 -
@cPRex - that's strange. I have 2 servers running WHM v96.0.11 - on one the icon doesn't show on the other it's there. Either way there really should be an official way to disable this, after all this is paid software and I don't want to spend time figuring out how to disable it with my adblocker. 0 -
Unfortunately running an adblocker is the only suggestion I have, although it shouldn't require any customization to stop that link. I'm using AdBlocker Ultimate on my end and it is removing that by default. At this time, the interface team doesn't want that option removed so there isn't a tool to do it. 0 -

This is already an old answer and it was discussed at the time it was added and always the only solution has been addblock "At this time, the interface team doesn't want that option removed so there isn't a tool to do it." this is not a rewarding answer for anyone, personally I use AdBlockPlus but I disable it in WHM / cPanel it really is annoying not being able to remove it, they should at least think of a solution for all those who feel that cPanel function is intrusive and does not contribute nothing to the cPanel functionalities once it has already been answered. cPanel IS NOT FREE for this reason it should be able to provide a solution to this0
