Monitoring outgoing email

Hello We want to have an option to do this scenario: we have only 2 email account in our host and want to monitor on of email account that are using the webmail to communicate.our need is to see what email sent and its very important I need to see the emails and have backup when our clients sent it, even when they delete from sent box. Do you have any solution's? Warm regards, Raha

  CSF Mailscanner. It's not free, but it's not overly expensive. It will allow you to search by account, inbound and outbound, it has a configurable retention span. And provided the email is not encypted, will allow you to view the content.
