queueprocd using 100% cpu last 12 hours

Hi, in top the queueprocd process has been running for 12 hours at 90% to 100% CPU. Is it safe to try restarting the queueprocd process? Thanks

  Hey there! You can't hurt anything by restarting that process with /scripts/restartsrv_queueprocd so there's no issue in trying that. Normally that process runs in the background and isn't known for using much CPU. If this behavior is consistently happening it might be best to open a ticket with us to we can investigate the issue directly on the machine and get you more details. If you do create a ticket, please post the ticket number here so I can follow along and update this thread with the resolution.

  A graceful reboot doesn't hurt every now and then. Although I guess you'd have to choose your timings wisely.
