Backup not running after license expired

Hello Backup's are not running for all accounts after cpanel license is expired, is there a way to fix it ? I have around 5 accounts in the server, backups are running for all accounts only during cpanel valid license. Once license is expired, backup is running for only one account. May i know what is the issue ? Thanks

  Without being rude, maybe renew the license. I've seen similar posts on here, where certain services will stop running when the license has expired. Maybe backup is one of those services.

  Hey there! The cPanel license doesn't break the backups on the server, so there is likely something else going on. We have a guide here that explains what services get shut off when the license expires:

  As I said, backup is running but only for one account out of 6 accounts. Its strange

  Since the backup is running that would indicate it's not an issue with the expired license. You'd want to check those logs I mentioned for more details. If you did need us to take a look you can always contact our support team through the link in my signature, but you would need to get the license fully activated first.

  I agree, but if i activate the license, backup started working without any issue

  @Rajesh2705 - it's definitely best to just keep the license in good standing to ensure things work well. Are your backups being saved locally or are they being sent to a remote destination? When I tested this on my end with a local destination they worked properly even when the license was expired.
