    I cannot read the error due to the contrast difference. Ensure that both servers are whitelisted against each other in their firewalls, or like you have done disable both firewalls. If you use Host Access Control, ensure that both servers are whitelisted, and might also be worth whitelisting in CPHulk for good measure.

    Or just open a ticket and have cPanel support look at it.

    I'm also struggling to read most of that error even on a large screen. It does seem like there is some type of access issue happening at @keat63 mentioned, but we're happy to take a look if you get a ticket opened :D
