maximum responder frequency

What's the maximum number of hours that can be added to an autoresponder frequency? Enter the interval, in hours, for the autoresponder to wait between responses to the same email address. For example, an autoresponder with an interval of 24 that receives an email at 8:00 AM on Monday immediately responds to the message. The autoresponder does not respond again if it receives a message from the same email address before 8:00 AM on Tuesday.
My colleague has retired today, I've applied an autoresponder, but I don't want it to respond too frequently. Maybe a little as once per month might suffice.

  The message will be recieved. I just want to apply an auto responder to say that he's retired. However, doing soo too frequently might upset some folk. Maybe I'll start with 1 week (168) and see how it goes.
