Sent messages not being saved
Hi
I am having an issue with mailboxes for one of my clients who has several mailboxes, and these have been set up on 4 separate laptops so that when one person isn't in the office, a different employee can monitor the mailboxes etc..
The last week or so they have reported an issue where majority of sent emails aren't being saved.
I can see that the emails have definitely been sent via "WHM > Mail Delivery Reports" but then when I look in their mailbox via Webmail (and the same when they look within their Outlook) there is no trace of the sent email either in Sent or Deleted.
Any ideas what may be causing this?

Hey there! Just to confirm, are all the laptops using an IMAP connection to the server? That definitely sounds like odd behavior though. Are you able to reproduce this if you send a message from webmail? 0 -
There are 4 laptops in total, and all 4 are using an IMAP connection. I have asked the laptop users to each send me an email so I can see which will save a copy in Sent items and which wont, so far 2 have sent me an email and only 1 has saved a copy, I am just waiting for the other 2. 0 -
Alright - for the one that did not save a copy, do you see anything odd in either /var/log/maillog or /var/log/exim_mainlog? 0
