Hey there! Your forums profile indicates you don't have root access to the system, so there is very limited troubleshooting you can do with only cPanel access to the system. If you did have root access to the machine you could check the /var/log/exim_mainlog file on the server to see if there are any log entries that would show more details. It's also possible the IP of your server has been blocked by Hotmail, but your host would be able to check that as well.

Yes, and I would say it looks pretty normal... What do you think?

I agree that looks normal to me as well.

Mmm, I could fix it for my Hotmail address by adding my domain to the list of safe senders and domains, in the Outlook.com options. What still concerns me is that I don't think Hotmail / Outlook.com addresses will be getting my e-mails. So do you think there may be something to be done on my side to prevent that?

You would need root access to the server in order to check the logs to determine what the issues are sending to Hotmail. The best thing to do would be to contact the hosting provider or datacenter to have them check that for you.

Did you check in cPanel -> Email -> Email Deliverability that SPF & DKIM records are ok?

Hotmail/Outlook/Microsoft is notorious for deleting (or never delivering) mail that should be delivered. Messages get accepted by the Hotmail/Outlook server but just never appear anywhere in the account for the hotmail/outlook user. Nobody knows why. And you can't ever get a hold of anyone at Microsoft to debug the issue. Anybody that's depending on Hotmail/Outlook/Microsoft for their email is probably missing emails from various people/companies. Not really a lot you can do about it. I advise our clients not to use Hotmail/Outlook/Microsoft but I can't stop them from using it. But if they insist on using them, then this is the reality they live in. Problem probably won't go away until Microsoft starts seeing a significant hit to their bottom line. And since Hotmail/Outlook is free, it's going to take a lot to hurt their bottom line. Their Office365 which is a paid mail solution might have different constraints. Because the hurt there will affect their bottom line quite a bit more.
