Apache missing on our server. rebuild command also not working. (XID rssu5r) The system failed to create a hard link "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/packman/errors/2021-07-05_07:58:24-1" to "/usr/local/cpanel/logs/packman/errors/.tmp.2f129.2021-07-05_07:58:24-1" because of an error: File exists

  yum works? What do you get if you run "yum update" for example?

  yes, yum working fine and reinstalled apache24. Still apache not working and throwing some errors.

  You mentioned an Apache configuration rebuild was also not working. Did that command show any specific details that could be helpful?
