I received the same email during tonight's update with the same update log contents as you; in particular, the same failure: [2022-01-18 00:54:14 +0000] [/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/rpmup] The GPG keys listed for the "MySQL 5.7 Community Server" repository are already installed but they are not correct for this package. The GPG keys for the new release has been changed. See this for further info: Once adjusted, run the update once more: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp

Same problem here. I did what @andrew.n suggested and problem seems to be solved. To be more specific, I didn't update the gpgkey line in the /etc/yum.repos.d/. That's because this line seems to be a path to an internal file and not a url. Instead, I got the content of the file here:

Thanks Andrew! It looks like cPanel added an autofixer for the gpgkey since your post - /scripts/autorepair mysql_gpg_key (found at the URL you provided) I ran that, then ran: /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/upcp Things seemed to go well.

@ahmadrusli - can you check the cPanel install log to see if there are any errors there about MySQL? That is located at /var/log/cpanel-install.log and could help narrow down the issue.

@ahmadrusli - the error you're seeing is different than the GPG problem mentioned earlier in this thread. Can you send me the output of the following command run on your server? grep mysql /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
That may give me more details about the issue.

Update - our team found that some images are not properly getting the autofixer applied. We've submitted new images to Google and Alibaba but they do take a few days to pass their verification checks. At this time it might take until late next week before the new images will be live, and I don't have a workaround available except to not use that service for the time being.
